Start: Both the 5K and half marathon start at 8AM.
Courses: Half Marathon: A very challenging, hilly loop on mostly dirt fire roads 3- hour time limit.Three aid stations.
5K: From Marina, on paved road to dam and back. One aid station.

Awards: Plaque and complimentary entry to 2010’s race to first overall man and woman in each race.
Awards to the top 3 in each of 12 age division in the ½- 5 year age categories. Top 3 in the 5K in each of the
11 age divisions. T-shirt and goodie bag to all registered runners. Food and drink with post-race prize raffle.
Cost: Pre-register by May 30th: 5K $20; Half $35 After May 30th (Race Day Only) 5K $25; Half $40
Race Packets/Bib Numbers will NOT be mailed. Please pick up race day beginning at 6:30 AM.
